Full-Time Pre Op Registered Nurse (RN)

We are licensed by the State of Tennessee, accredited by the American Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, and proudly serve as a member of the Ambulatory Surgery Center Association.

As a FT PreOp RN, you will play a critical role in preparing patients for surgery by conducting thorough assessments, ensuring patient comfort, and delivering exceptional preoperative care.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct preoperative assessments, including reviewing patient medical histories, medication and current health status.
• Educate patients and families about the surgical process, ensuring they are informed and at ease.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain a seamless and efficient workflow.
• Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to delivering patient-focused care.
