Job Summary :
Performs law enforcement and police department duties involving the protection of life and property through the enforcement of state laws and university rules and regulations.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities :
Minimum Qualifications :
High School graduate or equivalent G.E.D.
Valid Mississippi Driver's License.
Mississippi Law Enforcement Certification or graduate of a Mississippi Law Enforcement Training Academy.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
Preferred Qualifications :
Associate's degree and / or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
Six months to one year of patrol officer experience with a law enforcement agency.
