About the role : We're seeking a senior Oracle APEX Full-Stack Developer to design and build modern web and mobile applications on the latest Oracle APEX versions, deploy and operate them on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and own the DevOps / CI-CD pipeline. This role blends hands-on APEX development with strong OCI + DevOps skills. Experience integrating Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) with APEX is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery : gather requirements, define solution options, estimate effort, and document technical designs.
• Design, develop, and implement browser-based and mobile-responsive apps using Oracle APEX (23.x / 24.x) and ORDS.
• Build secure REST services and integrations (APEX / ORDS, REST / SOAP, DB links) to connect APEX with Oracle EBS and third-party systems.
• Stand up and manage OCI resources (Autonomous DB / Exadata / Compute, Networking, Vault, Object Storage) and configure DevOps projects, repos, and pipelines.
• Implement CI / CD (build, test, package, deploy), environment promotion (DEV?TEST?PROD), and release automation.
• Own performance & tuning (SQL Trace, Explain Plan, indexing, hints, bulk operations, caching) and query optimization.
• Create dynamic, interactive APEX reports (IR, IG, charts), authorization schemes, and robust security (RBAC, session / state protection, OAuth2 / SSO).
• Debug complex issues across stack layers and remediate defects quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Mentor teammates, lead reviews, and uphold best practices for code quality, observability, and security.
