R&D Packaging Engineer II - Golden Valley, MN (Multiple Openings)

Overview

We are seeking a Packaging R&D Engineer II for General Mills. The position involves providing packaging leadership as part of the packaging team for an operating unit within General Mills. The role will include work across innovation, core renovation, and Holistic Margin Management (HMM, cost savings).

• Innovation – new formats, sizes, and capabilities for pipeline sufficiency on a packaging-driven or new businesses
• Core Renovation – business maintenance and quality improvements
• HMM – Holistic Margin Management (cost savings) – contribute to the HMM pipeline and execute HMM projects

Salary Range

The salary range for this position is $70,100.00 - $105,200.00 / Annually. At General Mills we strive for each employee's pay at any point in their career to reflect their experiences performance and skills for their current role.
