Job Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly innovative and strategic Director of Product Experience to lead the Digital Care, Service Stability, Voice of Customer, and Real-Time Monitoring teams for our DISH TV and Sling TV video brands. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in product and customer experience, a passion for innovation and driving results, and a demonstrated history of managing teams. The Product Experience team is part of the Product & Operations organization, which also includes Product Management, Product Design, Programming Operations, and Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drives the development of the product experience annual operating budget, managing expenses to meet financial targets and implementing cost-saving initiatives aligned with strategic priorities
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams for the seamless rollout of product enhancements
• Cultivates team competencies through successful recruitment, retention, training, and professional development
• Utilizes AI and analytics to foster continuous process improvement

Compensation : $185,000.00 / Year - $225,000.00 / Year
