We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Foreman to lead and work alongside our field crew on commercial projects in the Kissimmee area.
If you're someone who knows how to run a jobsite, keep a project moving, and still put on your tools when needed — we want to talk to you.
Your Day-to-Day :
- Lead a crew of electricians and apprentices on active jobsites
- Read and interpret blueprints, specs, and layouts
- Pull wire, bend conduit, install panels, and troubleshoot systems
- Manage daily tasks, coordinate material deliveries, and keep work on schedule
- Communicate with project managers and inspectors
- Enforce safety rules and ensure jobsite is clean and organized
- ? What You Bring :
- 5+ years of field experience (commercial / industrial electrical)
- 2+ years as a working foreman or crew lead
- Can work with your hands and lead by example
- Comfortable working with tools, not just delegating
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 30 is a plus

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Technical Knowledge
In-depth understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) and local building / electrical codesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical plansFamiliarity with panel installation, conduit work, motor controls, transformers, wiring methods , etc.Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, test meters, and other industry-standard equipmentLeadership & Communication
Strong team leadership and problem-solving skillsAbility to schedule, assign, and inspect workExperience coordinating with project managers, inspectors, GCs, and clientsClear and professional written and verbal communicationWork Environment & Physical Requirements
Ability to work in outdoor and indoor environments , including in varying weatherMust be able to lift 50+ lbs, climb ladders, and work in elevated areasWillingness to work overtime or weekends as needed to meet project deadlinesAdditional Qualities (Optional but Beneficial)
Knowledge of safety practices and ability to enforce jobsite safety protocols
