Staff Accountant

What You'll Do :
- Maintain Financial Integrity : Analyze and manage the general ledger to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Prepare Key Reports : Generate balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports that guide business decisions.
- Monitor Transactions : Review financial entries for accuracy and compliance, and advise on the company's financial status.
- System Optimization : Develop, implement, and document accounting systemsadapting processes to leverage current technologies.
- Support Strategic Initiatives : Conduct special studies and recommend improvements to accounting methods and procedures.
- Collaborate & Communicate : Work closely with internal teams to ensure financial data is clear, timely, and actionable.
- Problem-Solve with Precision : Apply fundamental accounting concepts to complex tasks, using sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Stay Flexible : Take on miscellaneous duties as assigned, contributing to a dynamic and evolving finance function.

Minimum Requirements :
Education : Bachelor's degree in accounting required.Experience : At least 2 years of professional accounting experience, preferably in a corporate or multi-client environment.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Familiarity with computerized accounting systems and ability to adapt to new technologies.Analytical & Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Ability to analyze complex financial data and recommend improvements to accounting processes.Communication & Collaboration : Clear and professional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Adaptability : Comfortable handling varied and complex tasks under supervision.
