Description :

We are seeking a Production Associate with experience in soldering and light manufacturing to join our team in our clean, climate-controlled facility in Lawrenceville, GA. This position involves assembling, testing, and repairing electronic components while maintaining high quality and safety standards.

Weekly benefits available after 90 days of employment.

Shift : 7 : 30 AM – 4 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday

Requirements : Key Responsibilities

  • Perform precise soldering of electrical circuits and components.
  • Assemble, test, repair, and modify electronic parts, including resistors, capacitors, and relays.
  • Use hand tools, multi-meters, and other testing equipment as required.
  • Communicate with the material handler to ensure the workstation is stocked and ready.
  • Maintain consistent quality and contribute to achieving production goals.
  • Collaborate closely with the engineering and production teams.
  • Track, gather, and arrange materials needed for production tasks.
  • Report production issues, common problems, or safety incidents to the engineering team.
  • Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and established procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1–3 years of light manufacturing or electronics assembly experience.
  • Demonstrated soldering skills with excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Experience working with small, intricate components.
  • Experience with multi-meters or similar testing tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with EEOC, OSHA, and EPA regulations.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, production-focused environment.
  • Physical & Work Environment Requirements

  • Prolonged periods of standing and sitting.
  • Excellent vision and steady hands for small-part work.
  • Manual dexterity to safely use hand tools.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Work performed in a clean, air-conditioned, climate-controlled manufacturing facility.
