Job Description :

Reporting to the Chief Diversity Officer, the EEO and Title IX Specialist is responsible for assisting the Affirmative Action Officer and Title IX Coordinator in ensuring the College's compliance with all applicable equal opportunity, civil rights, and human rights laws and regulations.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare reports and materials to educate search committees and hiring managers on affirmative action and equal employment opportunity guidelines.
• Prepare statistical reports to assist in the College's annual affirmative action plan and related compliance activities.
