Job Title : Associate Advisor

Location : Pittsburgh, PA

Salary : $90,000-$135,000 + Bonus

Education / Certifications : Bachelor's degree required; CPA or CFE preferred; Series 65 / 66 required within 180 days of employment About the Role :

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate Advisor to support our Financial Advisor team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong accounting or forensic background who is ready to step into wealth management, focusing on high-net-worth clients and supporting investment management, tax, and estate planning strategies. Key Responsibilities :

Act as the primary support and back-up to the Financial Advisor.
Prepare client materials, presentations, and portfolio reviews.
Collaborate closely with tax and legal advisors to deliver holistic financial strategies.
Assist in risk assessment and management for client portfolios.
Support client relationship management, focusing on assets under management (AUM) and high-net-worth clients.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree required.

CPA or CFE designation strongly preferred.

5+ years of relevant financial, accounting, or advisory experience.

Series 65 or 66 (or ability to obtain within 180 days of employment).

Strong analytical skills with the ability to communicate complex financial concepts clearly.
