Starting Wage : $23.32 / hourAfter 90 Days : $24.27 / hourAfter 1 Year : $25.21 / hour???? What You’ll Do as a Load HaulerAs a Load Hauler, you’ll play a key role in supporting production by :
Supplying boxes and pallets to production linesVerifying item details and pallet countsTransferring finished products from the casing room to the warehousePlacing pallets on automated wrappersLocating and organizing pallets in the warehouseSafely handling pallets in and out of racking systemsLoading and removing pallets from automated palletizersAll under the guidance of a Production Supervisor.

What You Bring to the TableExperience operating a stand-up forkliftAbility to read and verify packaging / labeling detailsBasic math skillsAbility to lift, carry, push, and stack up to 50 lbsStrength to push / pull heavy loads using a pallet jackComfort reading safety warnings and machinery instructionsStrong teamwork and professional communication skillsAbility to use computer programs, RF scanners, and data collection systemsReliable attendance to help us meet production and customer needs???? Working EnvironmentYou’ll be working in a clean, cool-temperature facility surrounded by state-of-the-art equipment, including :
Robotic case packersCase erectors and sealersMoving beltsForklifts operating in the packaging areaExpect a bit of noise—but a lot of teamwork and efficiency.
