Job Title : Welder

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Mig Welder to join our team. The role requires working on the 1st shift 5am - 3 : 30pm or 2nd shift from Monday to Thursday, 3 : 30 PM to 2 AM, with potential overtime on Fridays and Saturdays. The successful candidate will work 50-60 hours weekly. We seek individuals with a minimum of 4 years of welding experience, particularly in the agriculture industry and with specialist products, including treadmill exercise parts.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mig welding tasks according to production needs.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate fabrication.
• Work with stainless steel and other materials as required.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.

Work Environment

The position is based in a manufacturing environment with a structured schedule that includes potential overtime. The role requires flexibility to work 6 days a week currently, with a typical schedule of 4-day workweeks under normal circumstances.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEWTON, Kansas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00 / hr.
