Job Description Summary

One of Cushman & Wakefield's top Multi-Market teams is seeking a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and process-driven Transaction Manager to join our team. This position offers the opportunity to work with premier industrial portfolios while supporting a high-performing team of real estate professionals. Responsible for the day-to-day transaction management of a portfolio of properties on behalf of one or more national and / or global corporate services clients. Responsibilities include market optimization planning, monitoring internal / external workflows to ensure consistent quality of service, deal tracking, etc.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple active transactions simultaneously, ensuring timely progression through all deal stages

Create and customize client documentation including kick-off forms, RFPs, and LOIs

Perform comprehensive financial analysis of lease transactions and property acquisitions

Develop detailed lease comments and coordinate efficiently with legal teams

Serve as primary liaison between clients, brokers, and other stakeholders throughout the transaction process

Track critical dates and maintain accurate transaction records in company CRM systems

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, preferably with industrial property focus

Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in financial analysis and real estate modeling

Detail-oriented with exceptional follow-through capabilities

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or related field preferred but not required

Experience with industry software platforms preferred

In-office (4-5 days / week preferred) with remote option available
