We are excited to announce that in partnership with a global leader in the medical device space, we are currently looking for a Project Lead to join our team. The Project Lead is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecasts and gaining adoption and utilization of the product portfolio through the development of the Inside Sales Manager and Inside Sales Representatives via coaching and providing guidance in territory management and communications.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for the client regarding Sales Force operations and HR / personnel matters
• Generate sales in line with project goals as set by IQVIA and the client
• Coaching and developing Inside Sales Managers and Representatives
• Provide weekly / monthly reports and key insights to the client
• Oversee performance evaluations, handle personnel issues, and supervise the Inside Sales Team
• The Project Lead will monitor calls to motivate Inside Sales Representatives, track their activities and schedules, and oversee reporting such as call and sample reports.
• Advance listening and decision-making skills
• Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment
• Ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
• Proficiency with operational management tools and software.
• Ability to coach and give feedback to enhance Inside Sales Representatives' performance.
• Flexible in adapting to changing business needs.

The potential base pay range for this role is $150,000-$160,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and / or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and / or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and / or other benefits.
