Answers and Discovery requests

Mediation Scheduling

Monitoring Court Rosters, to include calendaring all status conferences, trials, hearings, etc.

Contact and scheduling experts

Prepare various motions and orders and e-filing

Closing of files

To be a champion in this role, you will need :

Ability to pass background check

5+ years of defense litigation experience

Solid work history with limited job changes.
