As an LPN, you'll be at the forefront of providing vital nursing services in outpatient psychiatry, addiction recovery, and housing programs. Your role will involve direct patient care, medication management, and collaboration with our multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest quality of care for our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Provide compassionate, client-centered nursing care while conducting thorough physical and mental health evaluations
  • Administer medications using various methods and educate clients on proper medication management
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate documentation and medical records while ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Facilitate client intake processes and nursing-led educational groups
  • Oversee medication inventory and manage house stock medications
  • Develop safety plans in partnership with clients
  • Ensure adherence to infection control standards and address health-related concerns
  • Serve as a clinical resource for nursing and medical concerns under nursing leadership
  • Education, Experience, and / or Credential Qualifications :

  • Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of practice
  • Graduation from an accredited practical nurse program
  • Additional Qualifications :

  • Current driver's license, acceptable driving record, and auto insurance
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency in electronic health records and the ability to interpret lab results and procedural documents
  • Physical Requirements :

  • Perform sedentary work involving occasional lifting or carrying of up to 10 pounds
  • Frequent repetitive hand and arm movements for typing and writing during shifts
  • May involve brief periods of walking or standing
