Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations for flu / COVID offsite and onsite clinics. Assist retail pharmacy vaccination schedule / walk-ins

Mandatory Quals : BSP degree, RPH license in the State of Ohio, current pharmacy-based immunization delivery certificate, current BLS

Preferred Quals : Pharm D

Required Licenses : Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio, BLS current, Immunization delivery certificate

Physical Environment : Stand, sit, and administer vaccinations
