Quality Assurance Analyst

A company is looking for a Quality Assurance Analyst to ensure the quality and performance of its SaaS product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for new features and product updates

Identify, log, and track defects using issue tracking tools, and work with developers to troubleshoot and verify bugs

Perform regression and performance testing to ensure the reliability and scalability of the SaaS product

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience

Proven experience as a QA Analyst or Software Tester, ideally in a SaaS or cloud-based environment

Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies

Experience with bug tracking tools and knowledge of API testing tools

Hands-on experience with testing tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar automation tools
