Key Responsibilities

Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering effective treatment plans

Provide therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and modalities

Track and document patient progress under PT supervision

Educate patients and families on therapy programs

Collaborate with the rehab team to achieve patient goals

Requirements

Active Kansas PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)

Associate degree from an accredited PTA program

Strong communication and patient care skills

Previous clinical or rehab experience preferred
