Shift : 1st Shift | Monday–Friday, 8 : 00 AM – 4 : 15 PM | Full-Time

Pay : $17.50 per hour | ~40 hours per week (OT may be required)

Probationary Period : 90 Days

Key Responsibilities

Set up and operate inserting equipment to meet production goals

Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications

Troubleshoot machine issues promptly to minimize downtime

Pull, stage, and manage job materials and inventory

Pack finished materials in sequential order, ready for shipping

Label and prepare completed jobs for shipment

Perform preventative maintenance on inserting equipment

Accurately complete operator and job logs

Follow start-up, shutdown, and clean-up procedures diligently

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet company objectives

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to accurately read a ruler
• Physically able to lift up to 45 lbs repeatedly
• Able to stand for up to 9 hours per day
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team
• Ability to follow detailed directions precisely
• Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge
• Forklift or material handling experience is a plus
• Experience with inserting equipment is helpful but not required
• Pre-employment drug testing is required
