General Labor

Location : North Aurora, Illinois

Schedule : 5 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday; Saturdays as needed (overtime is mandatory)

Pay Rate : $17.00–$17.75 per hour

Responsibilities

Perform manual labor tasks to support daily warehouse and production operations : clean work areas, handle materials, assist various departments.

Aid welders, painters, machine operators, and other team members in completing their tasks.

Safely handle power tools and materials—including saws and drills—as required.

Stand for extended periods, lift and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs, and utilize clear vision at varying distances.

Adhere to safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment consistently.

Support overtime and flexible scheduling as production demands shift.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not strictly required).

No prior experience required—this is an entry-level position ideal for individuals starting a manufacturing or warehouse career.

Comfortable with physically demanding tasks including standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 lbs.

Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to follow clear instructions.

Strong attention to detail and a firm commitment to safety.

Willingness to work mandatory overtime and Saturdays as required by operational needs.
