Your key responsibilities
As a Senior Consultant on our Supply Chain & Operations team, you will play a pivotal role in tackling the complex challenges our clients face in the ever-evolving business world. Your role involves collaborating with a talented team to deliver strategic insights and operational solutions, crafting impactful deliverables and leading dynamic discussions with clients and stakeholders. Your ability to think critically will be showcased in every presentation and analysis, as you manage project components and guide the development of junior consultants. To qualify for the role, you must have
Currently pursuing an MBA with approximately 3+ years of relevant work experience in supply chain functions, consulting, or a related field.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, demonstrate inclusivity, and embrace diverse perspectives.
Excellent presentation skills and the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively to all audiences while leveraging relevant data to generate insights and innovative solutions.
Intellectual curiosity, the ability to take initiative and drive execution, and advanced analytical and problem-solving skills within a dynamic and evolving business landscape.
Exhibits an agile and growth-oriented mindset.
Possesses strong commercial awareness and has a desire to make a positive impact on global companies as well as domestic businesses, contributing to their long-term success.
Access to reliable transportation to / from the EY office and client sites. A driver's license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations.
The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary. In certain circumstances, travel may be required beyond your work location based on client and project needs.
Ideally, you will have
Comprehensive knowledge of supply chain operations, including planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, and cost reduction strategies.
Familiarity with emerging digital technologies in supply chain management, such as IoT, RPA, and AI.
Proven experience in supply chain financial analysis, with the ability to derive actionable insights and model complex business scenarios.
Proficient in utilizing Word, Excel and PowerPoint to develop, analyze, and present complex data and insights, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations and project timelines.
Knowledge of how to leverage firm-approved AI tools in a business setting, including Microsoft Copilot.
