Are you a seasoned professional in the construction industry with a knack for interior work? Do you have a strong background in managing construction projects from inception to completion? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a Permanent Interior Superintendent to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all projects are executed to the highest standards of quality, within budget, and on schedule. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of interior construction, including planning, coordinating, and supervising workers and subcontractors.

Responsibilities
As a Permanent Interior Superintendent, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to :
1. Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion.
2. Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs.
3. Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations.
4. Coordinating and directing construction workers and subcontractors.
5. Meeting contractual conditions of performance and providing advice on the management of projects.
6. Reviewing the work progress on a daily basis and ensuring quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
7. Ensuring that all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and workers are available when necessary.
8. Liaising with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure all aspects of the project proceed as planned.
9. Identifying and resolving any potential issues or setbacks that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need :
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry, with a focus on interior work.
2. Proven experience using Procore or equivalent project management software.
3. In-depth understanding of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
4. Excellent knowledge of relevant rules and regulations as well as quality standards and human resources.
5. Competent in conflict and crisis management.
6. Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
7. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
8. A team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
9. Strong problem-solving abilities.
10. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or related field is preferred.
