Roustabout Foreman

A Roustabout Foreman will be responsible for the completion of daily field tasks, working safely and proficiently. Various duties include leading crew in site construction and maintenance, wellhead tie-ins, cleaning of tanks and vessels, fence building, and any other miscellaneous work that may arise. A Roustabout Foreman must be prepared to work in all weather conditions. TEK Industries strives to hire detail-oriented employees with a commitment to safety.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Leads onsite safety and roustabout work for a crew
• Perform facility maintenance, repair and construction
• Complete tasks using proper hand and power tools
• Operate backhoes, skid-steers, telehandlers, man lifts and other equipment
• Drives crew truck and is responsible for safely transporting tools and equipment per company and DOT policies
• Performs daily equipment inspections and routine maintenance
• Coordinates vehicle and equipment maintenance with Supervisor
• Mentors employees that are working with them
• Communicates between supervisors and company representatives
• Verifies work is lined up for the next day and has all tools and equipment needed
• Inputs daily field tickets to accurately track crew time, equipment usage, and materials

This is a full-time position with an expected start time of 6 am, work hours may vary depending on workload and operational needs. Occasional nights and weekends may be required as necessary.
