Touchmark at The Ranch is seeking an experienced, dynamic, results-driven, and service-oriented Dining Room Manager at our senior living resort community.

As the Dining Room Manager , you will work closely with the Executive Chef and dining team to ensure each resident and guest's needs are met each day. You will have the opportunity to positively impact lives by ensuring that every Touchmark resident and guest always has an exceptional dining experience. You will hire, lead, mentor, train and develop our team of dining room staff, teaching them proper dining room etiquette and steps of service, meal handling procedures, and customer service skills so that every dining room experience meets and exceeds the Touchmark Gold Standard. You will also be responsible for scheduling and administrative tasks as needed.

Create and manage scheduling for the server teamSupervising dining rooms during meal serviceAssist in managing dining staff to achieve customer service and financial goals of dining departmentHelp create a positive work environment in order to maintain low staff turnoverAssist in coordinating front of house staff to create a seamless flowBe responsible for training and development of new wait staffProvide appropriate coaching and counseling to employees so they can perform job duties effectivelySupport the needs of the dining departmentBenefits
