job_description.job_card.job_descriptionProvide direct nursing care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatments Monitor and document patients' health status and respond to medical emergencies Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans Educate patients on health conditions, medication adherence, and preventive care Assist with wound care, IV therapy, and chronic disease management Ensure compliance with facility policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other healthcare staff Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in accordance with facility guidelines
RN - Nursing assessment of offenders to include vitals, medication passing, charting, and working with the medical practitioner. 3+ years experience required.
Qualifications :
Three (3) Registered Nurse (RN) positions available
- 40 hour work week
- Shift hours will be evening shift, 2 : 00pm - 10 : 00pm, with days off as determined
- Duration of position is 3 to 6 months
- Active Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing) or multi-state license
- At least 3 years of RN experience
- Ability to pass a strict background check
- Ability to pass a drug screen
