Title : Commercial Roofing Estimator

Location : Orlando, Tampa, Pensacola, Knoxville, Memphis, Greenville, Raleigh, Baton Rouge, Lubbock and more

Compensation : $70,000-$110,000

Minimum Requirements :

  • 2+ years commercial roofing industry experience estimating mid-large scale projects
  • Experience in some of the following applications / systems : TPO, PVC, BUR, Metal, EPDM, Coal Tar Pitch, Slate, Shingle

A well-established commercial roofing contractor is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join one of it's many teams. This is a strategic hire for a growing branch with a strong pipeline of new construction and re-roofing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze blueprints, conduct site visits, and prepare detailed cost estimates
  • Perform take-offs and quantify materials, labor, and equipment
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Track bid status and maintain strong GC relationships
  • Stay current on industry trends, materials, and local codes

    • Qualifications

  • 2+ years of commercial roofing or construction estimating experience
  • Proficiency with The EDGE or similar estimating software
  • Strong blueprint reading and bid document analysis skills
  • Excellent communication, organization, and time management
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites

    • Preferred

  • OSHA 10 / 30 certification
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish)
  • Familiarity with AutoCAD / Revit
  • Local market knowledge (Orlando or broader Florida region)
