Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships : Use your networking and interpersonal skills to grow your client base through referrals, warm leads, and community engagement.
  • Present & Sell : Develop insurance quotes and deliver compelling presentations that align with each clients unique needs.
  • Cross-Sell & Problem Solve : Identify opportunities to round out client accounts and provide comprehensive coverage solutions.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service : Guide clients through the sales process with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-first mindset.

Requirements

  • Licensing : Active Florida Property & Casualty License (2-20, 20-44, or 4-40).
  • Experience : At least 1 year in insurance or 2 years in a sales or office environment.
  • Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Detail-Oriented : Able to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and stay organized.
  • Tech-Savvy : Comfortable with basic computer software and agency management systems.
  • Team Spirit : A collaborative mindset and a desire to contribute to a supportive, growth-focused culture.
