A company is looking for a Sr. Director Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of business and fraud analytics strategy aligned with company goals

Collaborate with product, engineering, design, and leadership to define key metrics and inform decisions

Develop A / B testing frameworks and scalable data models for data-backed product decisions and real-time analytics

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Management, Marketing, or related fields

Minimum of 15 years of experience in product or fraud analytics, data science, or business intelligence

5 years of leadership experience

Demonstrated success in retaining high-performing teams

Background and drug screen required
