Home Health Nurse Practitioner

A growing healthcare group in Suffolk, Nassau, and Queens, providing in-home or on demand urgent care and acute care, is looking to expand and hire NPs and PAs. Both seasoned professionals and new graduates are welcome to apply.

The Medical Group is offering expertise in Emergency Medicine Room Utilization, Telehealth and Population health with early intervention during illness creating a lower amount of ED visits for their patient population who are looking to remain home or out of the hospital.

• Full-time nurse practitioners and PAs are needed to respond to patient homes and to treat their client base in collaboration with their telehealth physicians
• Earn $80 / hour plus 10% quality bonus
• Candidates skills should include : Basic Wound Care and the ability to do Point of Care Testing plus skills in phlebotomy and IV or Cath insertion
• Work three 12-hour shifts each week with three to four weekend shifts over a 28-day period
• Treat five to seven patients per day
• Conduct in person home visits to manage acute illness and injury
• Assess risk factors and maintain a safe environment
• Offering full medical, dental, vision and medical malpractice plus four weeks of PTO and $1500 / year for CME
• You will also have access to a branded vehicle or receive paid mileage in your own car
