Must-Have :

Arterial line experience required

Preferred experience in critical care

Advanced hemodynamic monitoring

ICP monitoring

Experience with ventilated patients

Knowledge of pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications

Ability to assist with line insertion and maintenance

Experience with lines, tubes, and drains for post-surgical patients

Familiarity with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, EVD

Understanding of PA lines and waveform interpretation

Description :

CVCC unit expansion is underway with multiple needs.

Start dates available are 11 / 24 and 12 / 8 only.

This position requires D / N rotation.

Guaranteed hours are 36 per week for a 16-week contract.

No time off will be allowed on 12 / 24 or 12 / 25.

Candidates must have arterial line experience and preferred critical care experience.

Responsibilities include advanced hemodynamic monitoring and ICP monitoring.

The nurse will care for ventilated patients and administer pressors, inotropes, and vasoactive medications.

Assistance with line insertion and maintenance is expected.

Familiarity with post-surgical lines, tubes, and drains is necessary.

Experience with ventriculostomies, lumbar drains, bolts, EVD, and PA lines with waveform interpretation is preferred.

On-call duties may be required.
