Our roles are typically open to remote candidates located and authorized to work in the U.S. However, strong preference is always given to candidates in or near our physical footprint. This is because we've found the ability to seamlessly collaborate in-person is very valuable to the nature of our work.

Who is the Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer?

You're a builder at heart, equal parts engineer and creative problem solver. As a Senior Full-Stack .NET Developer, you'll develop, test, and implement dynamic, external-facing websites and SaaS applications for a variety of clients across industries.

This role sits at the intersection of technology, design, and user experience. While you'll touch every layer of the stack, your sophisticated front-end development skills will shine most in our agency environment - bringing digital experiences to life that are fast, functional, and beautiful.

You thrive in environments where every project is different, collaboration is constant, and innovation is expected. You're comfortable working autonomously, communicating directly with clients or account teams, and translating complex technical ideas into clear, actionable insights for clients and teammates alike.

In this role, you can expect to :

• Develop, test, and implement applications using Angular, with a focus on single-page, web-mobile, and native mobile experiences.
• Develop and deploy hybrid applications using Ionic and Cordova.
• Employ and deploy using Docker containers and Kubernetes.
• Apply deep expertise in .NET Core / MVC (routing, model binding, Razor templating, API development) and working familiarity with Golang (packages, goroutines, channels).
• Implement responsive design systems, accessibility best practices, and front-end performance optimization (images, CSS / JS bundling / minification).
• Integrate with third-party APIs and services including social platforms, maps, analytics, and payment gateways.
• Manage caching, scaling, and performance optimization across both client and server layers.
• Conduct and review code reviews, mentor junior developers, and help establish development standards.
• Participate in production releases, ensuring smooth deployments and thorough post-release testing.
