Family Practice - With OB Physician

Location : A city in western Kansas Known for its agricultural significance, especially in the production of beef, wheat, and other crops, it plays a vital role in the economy of the region. Approximately 180 miles to Wichita! Facility : Hospital offering a broad range of healthcare services, including emergency care, surgery, diagnostic imaging, maternity care, and specialized services in areas such as cardiology, orthopedics, and women's health. Opportunity : Looking for a Family Medicine OB for coverage for the dates detailed below Schedule / Availability Requirements : Dates Currently Open (all shifts end the following day at 7a) : June 22-27 July 7-18 July 22-28 Aug 24-31 Ongoing dates begin Jan 2026 7a-7a-24-hour shifts Duration : Stretches of at least 7 days / month Assignment : Physician working in clinic during the week seeing ob / gyn patients for new obstetrics, established obstetrics, new gynecology issues, and surgical consultations. Surgical blocks are twice per week for non-emergent surgeries. Call is 24 hour shifts from 7 am to 7 am and includes all obstetrics as well as emergency gynecology and obstetric cases Setting : Clinic and Inpatient Call FTE : 0.6 FM OB Required Procedures / Job Duties : All ob / gyn procedures including 50 c-sections and 50 deliveries in the last 24 months. EMR : EPIC Support Staff : Lab Tech, LPN / LVN, MA, X-ray Tech, RN Physicians working with CRNA's and midwives Compensation : Competitive weekly pay and malpractice included.
