The Graphic Designer role is execution-focused, producing the high-volume assets that fuel our growth across wholesale, DTC acquisition channels, Amazon (B2B, U.S., international), DTS, product go to market, and product / campaign go to market. As our business expands, so does the demand for content—Amazon requires increasingly robust creative, DTS calls for custom school-specific materials , and our photography needs now include not just laydowns but on-figure e-commerce imagery to stay competitive.
To keep pace, this role will not only deliver polished, on-brand work across digital, print, sales, and retail, but also leverage AI tools to streamline production, accelerate iteration, and enhance creative output . It’s ideal for a designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment , takes pride in high-quality execution at scale , and wants their work to directly support brand growth and sales impact.
Responsibilities :
Channel Deliverables : Manage a high volume of asset requests across wholesale, DTC, Amazon (B2B, U.S., international), DTS, and licensing to support growth across multiple sales channels.
Amazon Content : Design and adapt content for Amazon, which is increasingly content-heavy, including storefront imagery, enhanced brand content (A+), and product page visuals optimized for conversion.
Digital Assets : Create graphics for social media, email campaigns, paid ads, and website updates—resized and optimized for each platform.
Print Collateral : Design flyers, catalogs, brochures, signage, trade show graphics, and POS displays; prepare production-ready files for print.
AI Integration : Leverage AI design tools to streamline production tasks (resizing, background cleanup, copy variations), generate creative options, and accelerate turnaround times.
Presentations : Build branded PowerPoint / Keynote templates and decks to support internal teams, sales meetings, and external pitches.
Production Work : Adapt and update existing creative into new formats (resizing, reformatting, updating copy / images) with speed and accuracy.
Brand Consistency : Apply established brand guidelines to all deliverables, ensuring a cohesive look across channels.
File Prep & Management : Organize, version, and deliver final artwork in correct formats; maintain asset libraries for easy cross-team access.
Collaboration : Partner with marketing, creative, sales, and cross-functional teams to meet campaign timelines and priorities.
Vendor Support : Liaise with printers, production partners, and external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely output.
