A-Line Staffing is now hiring Inspector 1, Quality Control in Sumter, SC. The role would be working for a major healthcare company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Inspector 1, Quality Control Compensation

  • The pay for this position is $16.50 per hour
  • Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
  • A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Inspector 1, Quality Control Highlights

  • This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
  • The required availability for this position is night shift 7 PM – 7 AM on a 3-2-2-3 rotation
  • Training will be on day shift 7 AM – 7 PM for 4–6 weeks , also on a 3-2-2-3 rotation

    • Inspector 1, Quality Control Responsibilities

  • Perform inspection and testing in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), regulations, and quality standards
  • Analyze test results and determine final disposition of some products
  • Detect and report nonconforming conditions
  • Maintain adherence to quality guidelines and compliance with applicable regulations
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities within the department

    • Inspector 1, Quality Control Requirements

  • 1 year of experience required in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
  • Experience participating in continuous improvement activities
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

    • Inspector 1, Quality Control Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in quality inspection or manufacturing operations
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
