Presidential Hospitality is looking for rockstar Assistant Head Housekeeper to join our growing team. The Assistant Head Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring clean and attractive guest rooms while providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.
Responsibilities
- Monitors, verifies, and documents the inspection of rooms to ensure all standards are met
- Efficiently manages the daily schedule and assignment of housekeeping duties in the absence of Head Housekeeper.
- Provides direction and coaching to team members
- Maintains all inventories and ensures linen closets are appropriately maintained
- Supervises the completion of short notice requests for rooms, and prioritizes special cleaning requests
- Thoroughly clean guest rooms according to brand standards.
- Complete all pre-cleaning duties, including but not limited to, guest supplies, cleaning supplies, and linen for housekeeping cart set-up.
- Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms and hallways.
- Keep all hallways, public areas and closets clean, neat, and vacuumed.
- Restock housekeeping cleaning cart for next day's use.
- Replenish chemical bottles.
- Report any maintenance repairs immediately to the Maintenance department.
- Handle items for Lost and Found according to the standards.
- Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
- And any other tasks assigned by your supervisor
Qualifications
Must be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and / or 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.Ability to stand during the entire shift.Must be able to effectively communicate both verbally and written, with all levels of employees and guests in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner.
