We are looking to fill Senior Property Accountant position in Dallas. This is with a prominent real estate company. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years’ experience within property accounting. The position will be responsible to perform full cycle accounting, financial reporting, audit assistance, and interaction with different departments.

This is a hybrid position and offers great work flexibility. The position pays 90K-95K+Bonus. This company offers outstanding benefits and it's known to provide excellent work-life balance.

Responsibilities :

• Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting packages
• Accrual and cash journal entries
• Review operating statements and variance reports
• Prepare monthly income statement variance analysis.
• Perform CAM reconciliations
• Interact and communicate with property managers
