A dynamic and growing company in the manufacturing sector is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations and drive strategic alignment across business units. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building scalable processes, ensuring compliance, and delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Key Responsibilities :
Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
Lead financial integration of acquired companies, aligning systems, policies, and procedures
Monitor post-acquisition financial performance and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities
Collaborate with senior leadership to support strategic planning and operational decision-making
Prepare and present financial reports and performance metrics to internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls (including SOX)
Support financial audits and coordinate with external auditors
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy
Partner cross-functionally with HR, IT, legal, and operations to align financial practices
Monitor financial performance and provide insights on trends, risks, and opportunities
Stay current on industry best practices and regulatory developments
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
5+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting
CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred
Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and financial reporting standards
Proven leadership and project management skills
Experience in high-growth or complex organizational environments
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., Epicor, D365, SAP); familiarity with EPM tools (e.g., Hyperion, TM1) is a plus
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting
Pay Details : $140,000.00 to $160,000.00 per year
