About the Role

When the 3rd-shift floor comes alive in our Greenwood, IN facility, you’ll be the expert shaping precision components from raw sheet to finished form. You’ll set up and run a press brake, translating blueprints and operation sheets into accurate bends, offsets, and large radii that meet spec the first time.

A Day in the Life

• Review prints and operation sheets to plan the setup and sequence of bends.
• Set up and operate the press brake to create standard bends, offsets, and large-radius forms.
• Verify parts using calipers (dial and vernier), micrometers, squares, and height gauges.
• Perform quality checks to AQL and work instructions; escalate dimensional issues to your supervisor or setup lead.
• Track good and scrapped parts with accurate counts, complete production paperwork, and enter data into the Traverse Manufacturing System.
• Keep tools, gages, and equipment organized; report malfunctions immediately and maintain a clean, safe, orderly work area.
