job_description.job_card.job_descriptionDiagnose and repair forklifts and other powered industrial trucks (LP Gas, diesel, electric). Provide top-notch customer service by maintaining great rapport on every visit. Communicate with team leads and dispatch to solve challenges efficiently. Keep up with training to stay sharp on the latest equipment and techniques. Manage your workday paperwork like a pro—time cards, reports, and signatures. Recommend when complex repairs should be sent to our shop. Work overtime and handle emergency calls when needed to keep customers running. Minimum 2 years’ experience repairing forklifts and related equipment. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for industrial material handling machines. Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Own a complete set of tools to get the job done right. Certified to operate material handling equipment. Commitment to safety in everything you do. Welding and fabrication experience. Experience with full equipment rebuilds.
