Deliver presentation on reports on internal validation. Provide prompt, accurate response to client's requests to minimize company issues, and when an issue occurs, report to HQ with utmost specifics in order to not delay the investigation Managing external testing companies in case of outsourcing projects Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in IT, Automotive, Mechatronics, Electrical, Electronic Computer Science, industrial engineering, Geographic Information Science and Information Technology majors preferred or any related field 0-2 years of experience in quality assurance, engineering, or other related field Understanding and ability to use collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence, etc.) Understanding quality processes related to S / W development and knowledgeable in test modeling Understanding of server SW Excellent teamwork, interpersonal and communication skills Driving license Occasional travel may be required Previous experience analyzing data using Python Professional Certifications such as : ISTQB F / L , CSTS (Preferred)

As an HAEA employee, you will provide dedicated support to Hyundai MOBIS, Hyundai’s automotive component supplier that develops and manufactures various automotive parts, modules, and developing software and system solutions for the future mobility for Hyundai Motor Group and other automakers.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
We are looking for an early career candidate to perform validation of server-based route navigation for all navigation systems installed in Hyundai, Kia, and Genesis vehicles. Our team focuses on enhancing the accuracy of traffic information, improving route quality, and providing recommended routes for user convenience. A key responsibility of this role is to evaluate new features and quality enhancements relevant to our navigation systems. By continuously analyzing and improving quality assessment and management efficiency, the ultimate goal is to provide the best service to our customers and secure global competitiveness in navigation software quality. Additional roles & responsibilities will include but not necessarily be limited to the following :
Connected Car Service quality control
- Quality control - Manage confirmation / registration / modification of issues collected through internal / external issue, VOC etc., while tracking issues in various ways including raising objections and pursuing validation for terminated issues until finalized and closed.
- QA management - All quality promotion activities through project quality control (pre-detection and supplementation of risks, step-by-step quality target level inspection, schedule management, etc.)
- SW Verification & Validation
Analyze SW Specification / Change list (Requirements) and generate Test Case
Internal & External Communication
