Your Role as a Office Manager :
Respond to Requests & Questions - Provide customer service by assisting external vendors, parents, and internal employees with inquiries and concerns.Monitor Training Compliance - Track employee training requirements and record attendance in the HRIS system.Support Recruitment & Onboarding - Assist with interviews, new hire orientation, and verification of I-9 documentation.Review Attendance Reports - Identify missed punches, time worked issues, and discrepancies in required reports.Coordinate Events & Scheduling - Oversee IEP scheduling, plan school events, and manage related activities.Maintain Confidentiality - Ensure student information is protected in compliance with FERPA and HIPAA regulations.Manage Office Supplies - Oversee inventory and purchase office and related supplies as needed.Perform Clerical Support - Handle photocopying, faxing, filing, maintaining files, and running errands.Role Requirements :
Professional Experience - Minimum of one year in office manager or related field required.Technical Skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.Attention to Detail - Strong ability to manage accuracy and precision in tasks.Communication & Organization - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.Ready to Make an Impact?
