A company is looking for a Project Based Bilingual Spanish Healthcare Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities :
Actively listen to customers to understand their concerns and build rapport
Provide essential information regarding access to care issues and benefits
Guide callers through troubleshooting and navigating self-service options
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :
Must be 18 years or older and have a high school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 6 months of experience in a call center or health plan call center preferred
Experience with Medicare and / or Medicaid is a plus
High computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple applications
Willingness to work any shift between 10 : 00 am - 1 : 00 am, including weekends and holidays
