Salary : $50,000-$80,000 / year

4-day work week with 5 days off in a row every 3 weeks!

What You'll Do :

As our Service Advisor, you'll be the friendly face and knowledgeable voice our customers rely on. Your responsibilities will include :

  • Customer Interaction : Greet customers with a smile, listen to their concerns, and provide expert advice on their vehicles needs
  • Service Coordination : Schedule and manage service appointments, ensuring efficient workflow and minimal wait times
  • Diagnosis and Recommendations : Work closely with our skilled technicians to accurately diagnose issues and recommend appropriate services and repairs
  • Communication : Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle, including any additional recommendations or changes to the service plan
  • Follow-Up : Ensure customer satisfaction by following up after service to address any concerns and build lasting relationships

What Were Looking For :

  • Experience : Previous experience as an automotive service advisor or in a related role is a PLUS, but we will train the right person!
  • Skills : Excellent communication, organizational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service
  • Knowledge : Familiarity with automotive repair processes and a basic understanding of vehicle mechanics
  • Attitude : A positive, proactive approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
