Job Summary

The Registered Nurse will ensure that the health care needs of all clients are met. The Registered Nurse will ensure that staff is trained in assisted living procedures and policies which are current and up to date.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Manage the Assisted Living services that are provided including completing essential paperwork and complying with state regulations.
• Overseeing coordination of resident's health, wellness needs and ancillary services.
• Medication program management and completion of assessments and individual service plans.
• Assessing, implementing, planning, or evaluating patient nursing care plans by working with healthcare team members.
• Modifying patient health treatment plans as indicated by patient conditions and responses.
• Direct and assists with resident, family / significant other education.
• Direct and supervise nurse assistants and nurse aides.
• Research ways to improve healthcare processes and improve patient outcomes.

Job Types : Full time, Part time

Available Shift : 8am-4pm

Pay : $34.00 - $40.00 per hour
