Description

The lead occupational therapist acts as a resource for other staff members. This includes such duties as communicating instructions, training employees, performing scheduling / staffing, assisting with program development and quality assurance. This job description includes all responsibilities of a staff therapist.

Required Qualifications :

• A graduate of an accredited program of occupational therapy
• Upon hire : Washington Occupational Therapist License
• Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
• 5 years of clinical experience in related field
• 3 years of clinical experience in specialty
