We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Technician to join our team and ensure the safety, reliability, and airworthiness of our aircraft fleet. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in aircraft maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair procedures while maintaining the highest safety standards.

What You'll Do :
🔧 Plan, operate, maintain, upgrade, and document laboratory systems in support of software and product development
🛠️ Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on avionics equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems
📋 Install and upgrade products, ensuring proper engineering coordination
📊 Analyze product performance and document test results or discrepancies
🤝 Maintain effective communication with customers and provide onsite training when needed
⚙️ Support systems integration labs (SILs), hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) testing, and developmental test environments for military aircraft systems
What We're Looking For :
✅ U.S. Citizenship and active DoD Secret clearance
✅ 8–10+ years in avionics labs, depot maintenance, flight test, or systems integration
✅ Hands-on experience with military aircraft systems (EA-18G, F / A-18, F-35, B-2, UAVs, rotary-wing)
✅ Proficiency with lab tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators) and avionics protocols (MIL-STD-1553, Ethernet)
✅ Advanced skills in troubleshooting, soldering, RF / analog / digital circuits, and aircraft wiring harnesses
✅ Knowledge of radar, EW, comm / nav / ident, and flight control systems
✅ Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, ICDs, and technical manuals
✅ Experience with fiber optic systems, advanced RF testing, and avionics test equipment
✅ Strong communication skills and adherence to ESD handling and lab safety protocols
