Salary : $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Job Details

Responsibilities :

Design, optimize, and support manufacturing processes for complex aerospace components such as shafts and refueling tubes.

Lead process validation and qualification efforts, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards (AS / EN 9100, ISO 14001, FAA, EASA).

Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to streamline workflows, enhance process reliability, and improve throughput.

Implement and refine lean manufacturing techniques to reduce cycle time, scrap, and out-of-spec conditions.

Oversee root cause analysis of process and part deviations, driving corrective actions to uphold quality and performance.

Assist in developing customized solutions ranging from forging through final assembly and testing.

Support continuous improvement programs, including automation initiatives and advanced machining methodology adoption.

Maintain accurate process documentation ensuring traceability and compliance.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field.

3+ years of experience in precision manufacturing engineering, preferably within the aerospace or defense sectors.

Deep understanding of aerospace manufacturing standards and best practices (AS / EN 9100, ISO 14001, FAA, EASA).

Skilled in root cause analysis and proficient in process tools like PFMEA, MSA, and control plans.

Familiarity with lean principles, automation, and data-driven process optimization.

Excellent communication, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

A dynamic problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments and meets stringent quality and delivery targets.
