Casual package delivery drivers are the friendly, physically active crew who enjoy fast-paced work, being outdoors, and driving. They drive familiar trucks bringing packages great and small to customers.

Key qualifications include :

• Lifting up to 70 lbs
• Valid driver's license no CDL required (license type varies by state)
• Passing the DOT physical
• Excellent customer service and driving skills
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Wearing company-provided uniform according to UPS appearance guidelines

Full-time casual package delivery drivers work eight to ten hours per day Monday - Friday or Tuesday - Saturday depending on business needs. Excellent weekly pay, growth opportunities, and extensive training are offered.

The average total compensation package for permanent full-time delivery drivers is $145,000 per year including healthcare premiums, up to seven weeks of paid vacation, plus paid time off for holidays, sick leave and option days. Additionally, contributes to a defined-benefit pension plan for each employee.
