  • , where you'll play a vital role in helping members access life-saving medications through prescription drug assistance programs.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct outbound calls to educate patients on alternate funding programs and assist with enrollment.
  • Coordinate with physicians and manufacturers to complete and submit MAP / PAP applications.
  • Ensure pharmacy claims are processed correctly once funding is secured.
  • Qualifications
  • Experience in outbound calling or outreach (collections, case management, recruiting are a plus).
  • Strong customer service skills and comfort in a call center environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic math skills.
  • Duration
  • 6-month contract

    • Pay and Benefits
    • The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00 / hr.
